Initially an R+D project that required pitch documentation, presentations, and functional prototype. Upon greenlight, available resources were assessed and compared to project needs to scale the team from 3 to 30.
A highly client facing role in which expectations were established and managed in addition to handling requests to mitigate impact on the development team.

Liaison between internal management and external publisher, 1st party developer, QA and localization teams.

Created all assets pertaining to the game's characters - concept art, models + accessories, as well as animations.
